Nestled on 1300 square meter tropical landscaped garden (size of the land: 12,90 ares), Villa Sumatra is a 500 m2 homely yet savvy design place and defines the " contemporary yet traditional" with the Sumatran antique wooden house which has been restored and decorated. The Villa is extraordinarily calm and beautiful, nestled on a ledge above the river.A 35 m2 traditional Gazebo designed and furnished for relaxation, Yoga or meditation overlooks the river.

The tropical garden, surrounded on one side by a river, comprises of a large traditional gazebo and a 14m long salt water system swimming pool. This unique villa offers to the guests plenty of different places to enjoy their holidays with large and comfortable common areas as well as smaller spots that offer more privacy.

Sumatra villa is located in a very quiet place surrounded by other luxury villas but a stone's throw from the beach and the most up coming spots of Oberoi, such as finest restaurants, shops and best entertainment places. The main building features a spacious living area downstairs with huge sitting areas and dining area that seats for eight [10]. The living area and designed with simplistically interior completed with entertainment stereo systems and a big screen TV with numerous foreign channels through 2 different satellites are available for the times you may not want to walk to the beach which is only a 700 meter away.

Living & Dining

The main building features a spacious living area downstairs with a huge sitting and dining area that seats up to eight [8]. The living area was designed with a minimalistic interior and completed with entertainment stereo systems and a big screen TV with numerous foreign channels through 2 different satellites.

4 Bedrooms

The master bedroom is located on the top of the main building, the authentic old Sumatran wooden house. This amazing master bedroom offers a bathroom of natural warmth and functionality. It has two large ceramic washbasin cabinets, inlaid with Javanese marble. The bedroom is equipped with A/C, TV, DVD and a big safety box.

The second bedroom, located downstairs in the main building, also has A/C, TV, and DVD and offers a very large and wonderful open bathroom.On one side of the swimming pool are two more guest bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, which are both equipped with A/C, TV, DVD. These guest bedrooms are more modern than the two in the main building, but the combination between local material and the decoration made from coconut and teak wood, tadalak, terracotta and stones offer guests an authentic experience with large and comfortable bedrooms.

• A Manager who oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist the guest during their stay.
• A cook who know how to shop for premium quality produce and produce a wide variety of meals. All meals are provided at cost, naturally Indonesian cuisine is a specialty and we have a wide selection of delicious choice.
• Gardener & Pool Attendant whom tend to the garden and the grounds of the villa ensuring that all the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.
• Room Maid who takes care of your daily laundry and provides waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property and responsible for all housekeeping duties.
• Security who patrols the grounds and guards the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn, ensuring your security.
