The villa has been designed by the very reputable Yoka Sara who has expressed a very modern architecture especially for the living area but has kept the Balinese touch with traditional material such as wood roof, and amazing old iron wood columns supporting the roof and for some of them plunging in the pool. The furniture and equipment are providing an international high level of comfort and includes 2 satellites communication, wireless internet high speed connection, Bose sound system, LCD flat screen television.

Accommodation

The 4 bedrooms villa of 620 m2 is composed of 3 different 2 storey buildings linked on the second floor by a large terrace from where guests can admire a magnificent sea view especially for the sunset. The large manicured garden features an amazing 100 m2 lava stone swimming pool surrounding the buildings dedicated to the bedrooms.

The main air conditioning building featuring the living and the TV room upstairs is mainly made of large glass doors and windows. The roof and the walls are widening on the front to give an impression of space and to enhance the magnificent view on the surroundings. Comfortable sofas and coffee tables, Large LCD TV screen, Bose sound system and some Balinese arts are completing this amazing living area.

At the centre, a building features downstairs a well equipped pantry and an open space dinning area and upstairs a bedroom with en suite dressing and bathroom. The bathroom features 2 basins, a separate toilet, a shower and outside on the closed terrace surrounding by suspended garden a large terrazzo outdoor bathtub. On the front, a large terrace is opening on the garden, the pool and the Indian ocean.

On the other side, the third building surrounded by the large lava stone pool features on the first floor a large master bedroom with dressing and a study which can be transformed to an additional junior bedroom. The bathroom features 2 basins, a separate toilet, a shower and outside in a closed private garden an outdoor large terrazzo bathtub. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with en suite dressing and bathroom are featuring 2 basins, shower and separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a dramatic large balcony dominating the pool and offering a magnificent sunset sea-view.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with king size bed, mosquito net, satellite television, DVD player. The large garden is manicured with grass lawn, different type of tropical trees, plants and flowers. The 20 m long overflowed pool is enlarging at the front and proposes emerald water colour varying in connection with the sky and the period of the day.

Staff

At your full service, 1 manager is supervising 15 staffs, including 1 chef, 4 housekeepers, 2 share gardeners and swimming pool attendant, 1 share maintenance boy and 6 share 24 hours security guards.

Location

Emerald Sunset is located in Canggu 300 meters from the beach on Nelayan Street . (Fishermen village). A typical Balinese fisherman village is close by and every morning it will be proposed to your cook fresh lobster, king size prawns, garupa… according to the catch of the day. The villa is surrounded with rice field, tropical trees as well and other high luxury villas making this very Balinese district one of the most luxurious of Bali. The villa is situated 35 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Seminyak the famous shopping and entertainment area, and 15 minutes from Nirwana one of the best Golf course in Asia

		BOOKING INQUIRY OF VILLA EMERALD SUNSET

To reserve a villa through Bali Holiday Rentals please do the followings:

1. Fill in the form below properly and click SUBMIT.

2. As most villas are private holiday home of the owners, we need to final check its availability before accepting any bookings. We shall return to you with an answer within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not get any respond within the such time window, please contact us on email.

3. Once availability assured, you need to immediately make your decision and confirm the booking. Before you explicitly confirm the booking, the villa remains available in the market for your intended period.

4. Once you confirmed, we will send you an invoice mentioning amount you have to pay and detail payment instructions. We will hold the villa for 5 working days, within which your payment has to reach our account. Shorter period may apply for last minute bookings. If we do not receive your payment within the period, we will put the villa back into the market for your requested period. Should you have any problem to comply this arrangement, please let us notified as early as possible.

5. As soon as we receive your payment in our account, we will issue a booking confirmation notice to both confirm your booking and acnowledge arrival of your payment into our account. Please note that we require the full amount into our account, which means you shall cover all costs related to the fund remittance. You shall pay any possible discrepancy upon arrival.
