The whole estate of Villa Kanti comprise of four living pavilions. Layout was carefully designed to allow view enjoyed from almost every corners, icluding the service area and staff quarter. Surrounded by infinity ricefielf on all sides, the front side of the villa has a running river separating it to the ricefield.

The huge main building serves as an open living areas housing comfortable couches, cofee tables, formal dining table, an upstairs library, and a state of the art entertainment studio. Open on three sides, the breeze freely flows throughout the area, offering soothing stream against the tropical heat. Having commanding top position the living area overlooks the whole estate and ricefield views over the river. Adjacent in a separate building is the private spa offering massage area, sauna, and jacuzzi.

Surroinding the swimming pool on other sides are three separated pavilions housing its five luxurious suites. All bedrooms come with enchanting open en-suite, large windows, and spacious terrace or balconies with daybeds. Four bedrooms are air-conditioned whilst one bedroom is uniquely dedicated for those who prefer to sleep in soothing natural breeze instead.
